  (Research):AJLLJ Portrait Database 5 Aug 2011 Born in London in 1704, Moses Levy and his brother Benjamin immigrated to America, settling in Newport. There Levy, a wealthy ship owner, became a friend and occasional business partner of Aaron Lopez. He later relocated to New York and became naturalized in 1743.
